The simple and clear communication of complex issues and ideas is not always achieved, which may leave others unsure of their key points or confused. Communication is clear, simple and well structured with good eye contact and minimal distractions. Complex issues and ideas are simplified and clearly understood by all. Communication is truly inspirational, engaging their audience by using compelling content and stories to help explain complex issues and ideas in simple terms. Responsible for the introduction of initiatives which help others to improve their communication and in particular how they engage others by explaining complex ideas in simple terms.
